Regulations Supervising Internet Protocol Address and Top Level Domain Name Registration Services Article 5
The top-level domain name registry representing the top-level domain name of our country（hereinafter referred to as the top-level domain name registry representing our country）should prepare documents recognized by ICANN for the competent authority to check if necessary.The generic top-level domain name registry should notify the competent authority in writing one month prior to providing external services.

表徵我國頂級網域名稱之頂級域名註管機構（以下稱表徵我國頂級域名註管機構）應備置國際指配機構認可之文件，供主管機關必要時查核。
