Administrative Regulations Governing the Establishment and Use of Dedicated Telecommunications Network for Research and Development Purposes Article 33
The radio station license and network approval certificate for a technical or commercial experiments and research and development telecommunications network shall not be leased, lent, transferred or used as collateral to others.An application for reissuance with the reason(s)specified shall be submitted to the competent authority for lost or damaged license or certificate mentioned in the preceding paragraph; an application for renewal shall be submitted for changes of information provided in the license and certificate.The expiration date of the reissued or renewed license and certificate in the preceding paragraph shall be the same as that of the previous ones.

技術、商業實驗研發專用電信網路之電臺執照及網路審驗合格證明，不得出租、出借、轉讓或設定擔保予他人。
前項執照及證明如有遺失、毀損者，應敘明理由向主管機關申請補發；其應記載事項有變更時，應向主管機關申請換發。
依前項規定補發、換發之執照及證明，其有效期限與原執照或證明相同。
