Compliance Approval Regulations on Controlled Telecommunications Radio-Frequency Devices Article 4
CTRFDs shall comply with technical specifications stipulated by the Commission. Where no technical specification has been stipulated, applicable regulations shall be applied in accordance to the following order:1. Chinese National Standards (CNS).2. Standards specified by the international standard organization.3. Standards specified by the regional standard organization.

電信管制射頻器材應符合本會所定技術規範；本會尚未訂定技術規範者，應依下列順序擇定適用之規定：

二、國際標準組織所定標準。
三、區域標準組織所定標準。

二、國際標準組織所定標準。
三、區域標準組織所定標準。
