The use of subscriber numbers with regard to the planners or operators shall conform to the principle of facilitating users and efficient utility of numbers.Planners or operators shall provide monthly updates of statistical data, which shall be kept for a minimum of three months, concerning the newly allocated numbers and the returned subscribers numbers.
