（三）地理區域識別碼。
（四）特殊服務號碼。
三、用戶號碼：
（一）市話號碼。
（二）行動通信號碼。
（三）衛星通信號碼。
（四）網路電話號碼。
（五）智慧虛擬碼。
（六）物聯網號碼。
