Administration Regulations of Regulatory Certification Body for Telecommunications Terminal Equipment Article 9
The RCB shall process compliance approval applications and issue, reissue, renew, revoke or abolish compliance approval certificates according to provisions related to Compliance Approval Regulations. It shall also send compliance approval relevant information to the location designated by NCC within 7 days upon completion of the applications. However, where the appearance needs to remain confidential, the RCB may send the photos before public display or trading within or outside the country.The period of the confidentiality mentioned in the preceding paragraph shall be a maximum of one year; when deemed necessary, the applicant may apply for an extension.

驗證機構應依審驗辦法相關規定辦理審驗作業、審定證明之核發、補發、換發、撤銷或廢止等事項，並於審驗案件完成之日起七個工作天內，將審驗案件資料傳送至本會指定位置。
但外觀照片須保密者，得於國內、外公開陳列、販賣前再傳送。
前項保密期間最長一年，必要時得申請展延。
