TTE connected to the telecommunications network facilities installed by Type I telecommunications enterprises shall be tested subject to the test items and standards specified in the relevant technical specifications stipulated in Article 4 of the Regulations. In addition, if Type I telecommunications enterprises need to add other test items and standards to meet their requirements of connection, the additional test items and standards shall be submitted to NCC for approval in advance.

連接第一類電信事業所設電信機線設備之電信終端設備，除依第四條電信終端設備技術規範規定之檢驗項目與標準予以檢驗外，第一類電信事業如需增驗其他檢驗項目與標準始能符合其接續條件者，應先報請本會核准後，方得為之。
