For the application for approval, renewal or replacement of approval certificate, registration or confidentiality, a fee shall be paid to the competent authority upon application according to the charging standards set forth by the competent authority.Failure to pay the fee mentioned in the preceding paragraph by the payment deadline specified on the payment notice shall result in the rejection of the application for approval, renewal or replacement of approval certificate, registration or confidentiality.
