Administration Regulations of Cyber Security on Telecommunications Business Article 7
Where any amendment is made to the cyber security maintenance plan, telecommunications enterprises shall specify the reason（s）and report it to the competent authority.Where the plan specified in the preceding paragraph is deemed incomplete, the telecommunications enterprise shall revise the plan within the duration prescribed by the competent authority.

電信事業之資通安全維護計畫內容變更時，應敘明理由報請主管機關備查。
