Administrative Regulations for Number Portability Services of Telecommunications Enterprises Article 9
Operators shall collectively enter into the agreement of commissioned management with the Administrator.When the Operators or other telecommunication enterprises are using the service of the Centralized Databases, the Administrator shall enter into service agreements with them respectively. The service agreement shall be made on the basis of the contract of commissioned management, and shall not contradict the contract of commissioned management.

經營者應共同與管理者簽訂委託管理契約。
管理者於經營者或其他電信事業使用集中式資料庫服務時，應與其個別簽訂服務契約；服務契約內容之訂定應以委託管理契約為基礎，且不得牴觸委託管理契約。
