Regulations Governing Application and Assignment of Radio Frequency for Telecommunications Enterprises Article 3
A telecommunications enterprise shall submit an application for the assignment of radio frequency to the competent authority according to the method of assignment specified in the Regulations.For the establishment of a microwave station or satellite earth station proposed by the aforementioned telecommunications enterprise, the application for the assignment of radio frequency and management of the establishment and use of the station in question are governed by the Administrative Regulations on the Establishment and Operation of Microwave Radio Stations or Administrative Regulations on the Establishment and Operation of Satellite Earth Stations, respectively.

電信事業應依本辦法規定之核配方式，向主管機關申請核配無線電頻率。
前項電信事業為設置微波電臺或衛星地球電臺，其無線電頻率之申請核配及電臺設置使用管理等事項，依微波電臺設置使用管理辦法或衛星地球電臺設置使用管理辦法辦理。
