Regulations for the Management of Telecommunications Engineering Enterprises Article 4
The registration of telecommunication engineering enterprises is divided into class A, B, and C; the operating ranges of the grades are as follows:1. Class A telecommunication engineering enterprise: conducts installation, maintenance, and construction of the interconnection of the telecommunication equipment between Type I telecommunication enterprises and of the main distribution equipment in a switching office of Type I telecommunication enterprise to subscriber‘s terminal equipment.2. Class B telecommunication engineering enterprise: conducts installation, maintenance, and construction of main distribution equipment in switching offices of Type I telecommunication enterprise to the subscriber‘s terminal equipment.3. Class C telecommunication engineering enterprise: conducts installation, maintenance, and construction within the demarcation point of responsibility of the subscriber’s building.

電信工程業之登記分甲、乙、丙三級；其從事工程範圍規定如下：
一、甲級電信工程業：從事連接第一類電信事業間電信設備互連，及第一類電信事業交換機房總配線設備至用戶建築物內之用戶終端設備間之電信設備施工及維護工程者。
二、乙級電信工程業：從事連接第一類電信事業交換機房總配線設備至用戶建築物內之用戶終端設備間之電信設備施工及維護工程者。
三、丙級電信工程業：從事用戶建築物責任分界點以內之電信設備施工及維護工程者。
一、甲級電信工程業：從事連接第一類電信事業間電信設備互連，及第一類電信事業交換機房總配線設備至用戶建築物內之用戶終端設備間之電信設備施工及維護工程者。
二、乙級電信工程業：從事連接第一類電信事業交換機房總配線設備至用戶建築物內之用戶終端設備間之電信設備施工及維護工程者。
三、丙級電信工程業：從事用戶建築物責任分界點以內之電信設備施工及維護工程者。
