Regulations for the Management of Telecommunications Engineering Enterprises Article 15
When a telecommunication engineering enterprise applies for suspension, the period of suspension shall not exceed 1 year. And the telecommunication engineering enterprise shall submit the license to the competent authority for reservation. The license shall be returned after resuming operation.When a telecommunication engineering enterprise terminates its business or dissolves its company, the telecommunication engineering enterprise shall apply to the competent authority permission within 1 month after the terminating or dissolving date, and shall return the license to the competent authority.

電信工程業申請停業，期限不得超過一年，並應將其登記執照送繳主管機關核存；於申請恢復營業時，發還之。
電信工程業終止其業務或解散時，應於終止或解散一個月內向主管機關申請廢止其登記，並將原領登記執照繳還。
