Regulations Governing Number Portability Article 43
The Donor Operator may charge fees for the number porting process from Ported Subscribers.The fees as referred to in the preceding Paragraph shall not be higher than the sum announced by the NCC, and that fee shall be set according to Article 26 of the Telecommunications Act and the Administrative Regulation Governing Tariffs of Type I Telecommunications Enterprises.
