Administrative Regulations on Amateur Radios Article 25
The frequency tolerance and spurious emission of amateur apparatus used for amateur stations shall be in accordance with the Administrative Regulations on Radio Waves.In the case that the spurious emission of an amateur apparatus generates harmful interference to other radio receivers, the emission shall be ceased and corrected immediately.

業餘電臺之業餘無線電機之頻率容許差度及混附發射應符合電波監理業務管理辦法之規定。
業餘無線電機之混附發射對其他無線電接收機產生妨害性干擾者，應立即停止發射並予以改善。
