Administrative Regulations on Amateur Radios Article 13

An amateur operator license shall be valid for 10 years. Amateur operators shall apply to the competent authority for renewal of license within 5 months starting from 6 months before the license expires.For a lost or damaged amateur operator license or change of contents in the license, the holder of the license shall apply for a replacement or change. The expiration date of the new or replacement license shall be identical to the original one.
