Service providers shall plan for protecting the channel covered in the assigned bandwidth.If the radio frequency used by a service provider is interfered by the radio frequency used by legitimate, existing radio stations in other business service, then the service provider is responsible for making arrangement with such radio station through negotiation. Unsuccessful negotiations shall be reported to the NCC.

經營者應於核配使用之頻寬內規劃保護頻道。
經營者使用之無線電頻率如遭受非本業務使用頻帶之既設合法電臺無線電頻率干擾時，應與其設置者協調處理；如未能取得協議者，得報請本會處理。
