Regulations Governing the Use of Radio Frequencies Article 43-1
The principles of the National Communications Commission for handling interference are as follows:1.Interference occurring between military and non-military radiocommunications shall be coordinated and handled by the Ministry of National Defense and the National Communications Commission.2.Where the measurement of radio frequency is disputable, the results of measurements undertaken by the National Communications Commission shall be taken as the criterion.3.Where interference occurs between domestic and foreign users, the National Communications Commission shall coordinate with relevant units to solve the problem if the emission site or interference source is within the country.

國家通訊傳播委員會處理干擾之原則如下：
一、軍用與非軍用間之無線電通信干擾，由國防部、國家通訊傳播委員會會商協調處理。
二、無線電頻率測定發生爭議時，以國家通訊傳播委員會鑑定為準。
三、本國使用者與外國使用者間發生之干擾，其發射地或干擾地之一在國內時，由國家通訊傳播委員會協調相關單位處理。
