Regulations Governing the Use of Radio Frequencies Article 25

Those that apply for the use of shared frequencies (the “users”) shall submit the application form and relevant documents to the competent authority to apply for shared frequency assignment license. Upon receipt of the approval, the user of shared frequencies shall apply for frequency assignments to a database management agency for shared frequencies and the said agency shall be certified by the competent authority.Users of shared frequencies shall use the frequencies according to information provided by the database of shared frequencies.
