The Administrative Regulations on the Ship Radio Station Article 8
The VHF radiotelephone communication should not be operated while the ship is in the port except the following:1. For the sake of urgency events, the ship radio station must communicate with coast station or port station, and there is no other means to communicate except by using VHF radiotelephone.2. For ship inspectors need.3. Using only the receiver of radiotelephone.
中文原文 船舶無線電臺管理辦法第8條
船舶無線電臺除下列情形外，不得於船舶停泊於港內時從事特高頻無線電話通信：
一、因緊急事故須與海岸電臺或港埠電臺通信，且除利用無線電通信外並無其他方法可供船岸間通信連絡者。
二、因船舶審驗人員之需要。
三、僅使用無線電接收機者。
