Regulations for Administration on Type II Telecommunications Business Article 26
The telecommunication facilities installed by an operator shall conform to the technical specifications set forth by the Competent Authority.For any operator who violates the provisions set forth in the preceding paragraph, the Competent Authority may specify a time period for correction or may restrict their usage.
