Depending on actual needs, the Competent Authority may proceed with evaluation by itself or by engagement of a private institution, and may periodically announce the evaluation report with respect to the quality of service of the respective operators.For proceeding the evaluation mentioned in the preceding paragraph, the Competent Authority may demand an operator to provide the relevant necessary information, and an operator shall not hinder or reject the request.

主管機關得視實際需要，自行或委託民間團體進行評鑑，並得定期公告各經營者服務品質之評鑑報告。
