Detailed descriptions of adjusted tariffs, operating income and expenditures, break-even analysis, and old-new tariffs' checklist.2. Effective date or scheduled date of implementation.3. Applicable period, if any.4. Applicable area, if any.

第一類電信事業市場主導者依第九條規定報請核定主要資費時，應檢具下列資料：
一、調整資費之詳細說明及所需之營業收支、損益成本分析及新舊費率對照表。

三、定有實施期間者，其適用期間。
四、特定實施地區者，其地區名稱。
