Administrative Regulation Governing Tariffs of Type I Telecommunications Enterprises Article 10
When the provision, adjustment, or promotional scheme of dominant Type I Telecommunications Carrier tariffs have been awarded approval but have not been implemented, or if they have been withdrawn, the dominant Type I Telecommunications Carrier shall submit its reasons for undertaking such measures to the NCC for approval.If previously announced, it shall be through the media, websites, and at all business premises. If it has not previously been announced, it may not be announced.

第一類電信事業市場主導者經核定之資費訂定、調整或促銷方案，擬不予實施或終止實施者，應先敘明理由，報請本會核定。
