Microwave radio station RF equipment installed by Type I Telecommunications Service Founders or Operators shall be approved by the competent authority to start the application to install.The technical specifications of RF equipment type approval in the preceding paragraph shall be concluded and announced by the competent authority.

第一類電信業務籌設者或經營者所設置之微波電臺射頻設備，應經主管機關型式認證合格後，始得申請設置。
