Administrative Regulations on the Establishment and Operation of Dedicated Telecommunications, and the Connection of Dedicated Telecommunications to Public Communication System Article 14
The maintenance and testing record of system and components of the dedicated telecommunications shall be accurately made and kept at least one year.
