A Senior Telecommunications Engineer refers to an individual who is responsible for and supervises the construction, maintenance, and operations of the facilities of a telecommunications enterprise.A Telecommunications Engineer refers to an individual who is responsible for the construction and supervision of telecommunications terminal equipment connected to the telecommunications line facilities and equipment of a Type I telecommunications enterprise.
