Administrative Regulations on the Establishment and Operation of the Dedicated Taxi Telecommunications Network Article 24
Where the telecommunications network establisher applies for returning the radio frequency prior to the expiry of frequency use certificate, the Ministry of Digital Affairs shall revoke the frequency use certificate and the competent authority to revoke the network approval certificate.
