Administrative Regulations on the Establishment and Operation of the Dedicated Taxi Telecommunications Network Article 19

The telecommunications network establisher shall install a 24-hour automatic recording system to record the conversations and retain the records for one week.The competent authority of highways shall accompany the competent authority to check records as described in the preceding Paragraph on a regular basis each year. Whenever deemed necessary, the competent authority of highways may conduct irregular inspections.
