Administrative Regulations on the Establishment and Operation of the Dedicated Taxi Radio Station Article 4
The National Communications Commission (hereinafter referred to as "NCC") may allocate radio frequencies to the competent authority of highways which shall accept applications for the establishment of Stations.The schedule of application under the preceding Paragraph shall be announced by the competent authority of highways.
