The person who established the Stations shall install a 24-hour automatic recording system to record the conversations, which shall be retained for one week.The competent authority of highways shall accompany NCC and police agency to check records as described in the preceding Paragraph on a regular basis each year. Whenever deemed necessary, the competent authority of highways may conduct irregular inspections.
