Regulations for Administration on Fixed Network Telecommunications Business Article 49-1
Operators shall maintain the records of local network telecommunications for at least three months, and the records of long distance network telecommunications as well as international network telecommunications for at least six months.Operators shall provide the records as maintained in the preceding paragraph accordingly upon application of personal inquiry by subscribers.

經營者對於市內通信之通信紀錄，應至少保存三個月；對於國際及國內長途通信之通信紀錄，應至少保存六個月。
