An operator shall appoint a person who possesses the qualification certificate of advanced telecommunications engineer to be responsible for and supervise the construction, maintenance and operation of its telecommunications network, and to sign and ratify the construction logs and maintenance logs.The construction logs and maintenance logs as referred to in the preceding Paragraph shall at least be preserved for at least one year. An operator shall provide them for examination by the officials dispatched by the competent authority.

經營者應遴用領有高級電信工程人員資格證之人員，負責及監督通信網路之施工、維護及運用，並於施工日誌及維護日誌認可簽署。
