Regulations for Administration on Fixed Network Telecommunications Business Article 13

In the case that any of the following circumstances occurs in the process of applying for operation of a fixed network telecommunications business, the competent authority shall notify the applicant and prescribe a period of time for the applicant to undertake corrective measures; if the applicant fails to correct within the prescribed period or if the correction is deemed incomplete, the application shall be dismissed.1. Failing to pay the review fee as required by the relevant regulations.2. Violating Article 8.3. Violating Article 9.4. Violating Article 10.5. Violating Paragraph 1and 2, Article 12.After the applicant has been approved for establishment, if the circumstances prescribed in Items 2 and 3 of the preceding Paragraph occur, the approval shall be abolished.
