Administrative Regulations on Low Power Radio Waves Radiated Devices Article 5
The compliance approval of low power radio-frequency devices shall be conducted pursuant to ”Compliance Approval Regulations on Controlled Telecommunications Radio Frequency Devices” and “Low-power Radio-frequency Devices Technical Specifications”.A certificate of approval will be issued to the applicant while NCC or regulatory certification body (RCB) approves the low power radio-frequency devices in accordance with the regulations specified in the preceding Paragraph. The format of certificate is defined and determined by NCC.

低功率射頻電機之審驗或認證應依電信管制射頻器材審驗辦法、低功率射頻電機技術規範之規定辦理。
經依前項規定審驗或型式認證合格之低功率射頻電機，由本會或其委託之驗證機構核發審驗或型式認證合格證明；其格式由本會定之。
