Regulations for Administration of Base Stations of Mobile Communications Network Businesses Article 15-2

Should the backup power supply capacity or wind resistance of existing iron towers of base stations not comply with the regulations in Item 1 and Item 3 of Article 15.1, or no credential documents relevant to the identification of structure and fireproof safety issued by relevant professional technicians are received by authorities, unless the base station falls into the category of being exempt from installation permits, operators shall submit improvement plans to the competent authorities for reference within 3 months after this measure was amended on August 17, 2017.
