Rules for the Technical Engineering of Cable Radio and Television Systems Article 11
Channel and frequency of the system are stipulated as follows:1. Bandwidth of television channels is limited to 6 MHz. The frequency table is as the allocated video carrier frequency and allocated carrier wave for cable FM broadcasting table.2. If the system uses upper stream control signal, its frequency should not exceed 42 MHz.3. In band of 74 to 76, 108 to 138 MHz any transmission of signals are prohibited. Unless in the situation where proved by central competent authority of no interference with aviation safety and depending on actual requirement.Upon digitization by fiber nodes (FN) of the cable TV system, the digital television channels of these fiber nodes shall not be restricted by Subparagraph 1 of the preceding paragraph and uplink control signals shall not be restricted by Subparagraph 2 of the preceding paragraph.

系統之頻道與頻率規定如下：
一、電視頻道之寬度規定為6MHz；其頻道表如指配影像載波頻率及有線調頻廣播指配載波頻率表。
二、系統若使用上行控制信號，其頻率不得超過42MHz。
三、74至76、108至138MHz頻段間，除經中央主管機關在無飛航安全顧慮前提下，視實際需要核可使用者外，禁止傳送任何信號。
有線電視系統光纖投落點涵蓋之訂戶全數位化後，該光纖投落點數位電視頻道不受前項第一款規定限制及上行控制信號不受前項第二款規定限制。
