The terms used in these Regulations are defined as follows:1. Public telecommunications network: refers to the provisions of Subparagraph 6, Paragraph 1, Article 3 of the Act.2. Regulatory certification body: refers to an organization commissioned by the competent authority to conduct public telecommunications network examination services.
