Regulations for Inspection of Public Telecommunications Networks Article 7
If the establisher falls under any one of the following circumstances, the competent authority may conduct irregular network performance inspections of the establisher, and the inspection items shall be related to major telecommunications equipment or line incidents in principle：1. Major telecommunications equipment or line incidents occurred in public telecommunications networks2. Other circumstances announced by the competent authority

設置者有下列情形之一者，主管機關得對其辦理不定期網路性能檢驗，檢驗項目以與重大機線障礙相關為原則：
一、公眾電信網路發生重大機線障礙。
二、其他經主管機關公告之情形。

二、其他經主管機關公告之情形。
