Regulations for Inspection of Public Telecommunications Networks Article 16
The second-level central agency commissioned by the competent authority for the execution in accordance with the provisions of Paragraph 2, Article 43 of the Act may conduct info-communications security inspections and network performance inspections in accordance with these Regulations.
