Enforcement Rules of Multi-Level Marketing Supervision Act Article 16
After a person notified pursuant to the provisions of Article14 has appeared and made a statement, the Competent Authority shall produce a record of the statement, to be signed by the notified person. If the notified person is unable to sign the record of statement, he or she may seal or fingerprint it instead; if the notified person refuses to sign, seal, or fingerprint the record of statement, such facts shall be recorded.

第十四條之受通知者到場陳述意見後，主管機關應作成陳述紀錄，由陳述者簽名。
