If any person violates the provisions of Article 18, the violator shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than seven years and at the same time may be fined not more than one hundred million New Taiwan Dollars.Shall any representative, agent, employee or other staff of a juristic person be punished for the violation of Article 18 in conducting business, not only the violator shall be punished in accordance with the preceding paragraph, the juristic person shall also be fined as prescribed in the preceding paragraph.
