Multi-Level Marketing Supervision Act Article 16
Multi-level marketing enterprises may not recruit incapacitated persons to be participants.A multi-level marketing enterprise recruiting a person with limited capacity to be a participant shall first obtain the written consent from the legal representative of such a person and also attach the said written consent to the contract.The written consent referred to in the preceding paragraph may not be an electronic document.

多層次傳銷事業不得招募無行為能力人為傳銷商。
多層次傳銷事業招募限制行為能力人為傳銷商者，應事先取得該限制行為能力人之法定代理人書面允許，並附於參加契約。
前項之書面，不得以電子文件為之。
