Partial Amendments to the Enforcement Rules of the Fair Trade Act Article 34
When issuing notice pursuant to Subparagraph 2, Paragraph 1, Article 27 of the Act, the competent authority shall include the following items in writing:1.the name and residence or domicile of the notified person; if the notified one is a company, sole proprietorship or partnership, trade association or organization, the name of the responsible person and the location of the office or place of business;2.the matter to be investigated;3.the explanations, books and records, documents, and other materials or evidence required to be submitted by the notified party;4.the time limit for submission;5.the provisions concerning punishment for refusal to submit without justification.

主管機關依本法第二十七條第一項第二款規定為通知時，應以書面載明下列事項：
一、受通知者之姓名、住居所。
受通知者為公司、行號、公會或團體者，其負責人之姓名及事務所、營業所。
二、擬調查之事項。
三、受通知者應提供之說明、帳冊、文件及其他必要之資料或證物。
四、應提出之期限。
五、無正當理由拒不提出之處罰規定。
