Partial Amendments to the Enforcement Rules of the Fair Trade Act Article 16

The concerted action assessment report accompanying an application for approval filed pursuant to Subparagraph 2, Paragraph 1, Article 15 of the Act, in addition to the requirements specified by Article 14, shall also specify the following information:1.the difference between the funding required for individual research and development and that required for joint research and development;2.the anticipated concrete results in technology upgrading, quality improvement, cost reduction, or increased efficiency.
