Fair Trade Act Article 23
No enterprise shall compete for trading opportunities by means of improper offerings of gifts or prizes.The competent authority shall enact the regulations with regard to the scope of gifts or prizes, amount of improper offering and other related matters.

事業不得以不當提供贈品、贈獎之方法，爭取交易之機會。
前項贈品、贈獎之範圍、不當提供之額度及其他相關事項之辦法，由主管機關定之。
