The Organic Act of the Fair Trade Commission Article 9
The authorities of Commissioners' Meeting include the following:1. review of fair trade and multi-level marketing administration policies;2. review of fair trade and multi-level marketing administration regulations;3. evaluation and approval of enforcement plans for the Fair Trade Act and the Multi-level Marketing Supervision Act;4. evaluation and decision on announcement, approval and disposition with regard to cases involving the Fair Trade Act and the Multi-level Marketing Supervision Act;5. review of motions presented by commissioners;6. other decisions defined by law to be made at commissioners' meetings.

二、公平交易及多層次傳銷管理法規之審議。
三、執行公平交易法及多層次傳銷管理法施政計畫之審核。
四、執行公平交易法及多層次傳銷管理法之公告案、許可案及處分案之審核。
五、委員提案之審議。
六、其他依法應由委員會議決議事項。
