Enforcement Rules of the Referendum Act Article 16
The referendum ballot referred to in Paragraph 1, Article 21 of the Act shall be printed by the municipal or county (city) election commissions in the format prescribed by the Commission, and the tool for making one’s choice shall be prepared by the municipal or county (city) election commissions in the pattern prescribed by the Commission.
