Referendum Act Article 21
A referendum ballot shall contain the serial number of the referendum proposal, the main text of the proposal, and "Agree" and "Disagree" boxes. Voters shall use the tool provided by the election commission to mark their choices.After marking the ballot, voters may not show their marked choices to others.

公民投票應在公投票上刊印公民投票案編號、主文及同意、不同意等欄，由投票人以選舉委員會製備之工具圈定之。
