Regulations Governing the Licensing of Images and Publications of the National Palace Museum Article 10
If one of the following conditions is true while using the images from NPM, NPM may terminate the license and the applicant may not apply again within two years; the royalties or other fees paid already shall not be returned.1. Violating laws and regulations2. Engaging in immoral conduct3. Using such images in ways inconsistent with the purposes specified in the application4. Licensing a third party to use such images without the consent of NPM5. Failing to make the indications specified in Article 76. Engaging in practices likely to damage the rights and interests of NPMIf any of the conditions described in the preceding paragraph causes damage to NPM, NPM is entitled to claim compensation from the applicant. The applicant shall also be held jointly liable for compensation if causes attributable to the applicant lead to damage to NPM by a third party whether the behavior is intentional or a result of negligence.

申請人使用本院藏品圖像時，如有下列各款情事之一者，本院得終止授權，並限制申請人二年內不得再申請使用；已繳交之權利金或其他金額不予退還：
一、違背國家法令。
二、危害社會善良風俗。
三、實際使用情形與書面申請內容不符。
四、未經本院同意擅自再授權第三人使用。
五、未依本辦法第七條為載示。
六、其他有足生損害於本院權益之事實或行為者。
申請人因前項各款情事致本院受有損害者，本院得請求申請人賠償之，其屬可歸責於申請人之故意或過失造成第三人侵害本院權益時，申請人應負連帶賠償責任。
